Sport Swimming Classes

The Sport Swimming Class enables advanced swimmers to improve their skills, breathing and stroke techniques, and their endurance under the guidance of our specially qualified instructors.

The focus of these lessons is to improve your technique in all strokes, specifically the front crawl, in order to help you perform better as an athlete. The course provides personalized lessons to ensure the best results for each and every swimmer according to their needs and goals. This class is designed for those swimmers that are able to swim the full length of a lane without any breaks and it demands a below average level of swimming skills and stamina. We recommend that you have completed the Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 classes before transitioning into the Sports Swimming Class.
